Banana Cinnamon Smoothie | Vegan | Gluten Free


This is a favorite for us we usually have this at least once a week for breakfast. It is super easy to make and packs well in a mason jar for on-the-go breakfast. Serves well for work days with a morning busy schedule.

Servers 2
Ingredients:
Banana - 3 (ripe)
Almond Milk - 3 cups
Cinnamon - generous pinch
Cardamon - pinch (optional)

How to make?
Throw in all the ingredients into a blender and blend till smooth.

Notes:
Substitute milk of your choice instead of Almond Milk.
Cardamon is totally optional. I like the flavor and hence used it.
You can add some crushed ice as well
