Tutti Frutti - from watermelon rinds

I already have another post in how to make tutti frutti from raw papaya. This post is trying the same recipe from watermelon rinds. So now when you guys a watermelon you can make use of the fruit 100%. Tutti Frutti is widely used in India as a flavoring to ice cream, or you can make cakes and cookies with them as well. Boil water in a large pan and add the cubes of the watermelon rind. Boil for 5-8 minutes till it becomes translucent. Strain and set aside. Serves 2 Ingredients Required: Raw rice - 1 cup Water - 1 cup Olive oil - 1 tblsp Lemon Juice - 2 tblsp Cilantro - 2 tblsp, finely chopped Salt - to taste Garlic - 1 tblsp, finely chopped How to make: Soak the rice in water for 20 minutes. Heat the olive oil in the skillet When hot add the garlic and fry till light brown Add the rice and fry till it becomes transparent. Add the water and salt. Close the pan. Gobi Manchurian with fried rice is a family favorite. And since I recently got an airfryer tried frying the gobi in that, and I must be honest I did not find any difference.
