I already have another post in how to make tutti frutti from raw papaya. This post is trying the same recipe from watermelon rinds. So now when you guys a watermelon you can make use of the fruit 100%. Tutti Frutti is widely used in India as a flavoring to ice cream, or you can make cakes and cookies with them as well. Boil water in a large pan and add the cubes of the watermelon rind. Boil for 5-8 minutes till it becomes translucent. Strain and set aside. In the same pan add the sugar, 1 cup water and rose essence and boil till the sugar dissolves. Add the cooked rinds and allow to boil for 10 minutes so the syrup thickens and is absorbed. Serves 2 Ingredients Required: Raw rice - 1 cup Water - 1 cup Olive oil - 1 tblsp Lemon Juice - 2 tblsp Cilantro - 2 tblsp, finely chopped Salt - to taste Garlic - 1 tblsp, finely chopped How to make: Soak the rice in water for 20 minutes.
