Beans Carrot Peas Kootu | Dhal


Serves 2
Ingredients Required:
Carrot - 1, peeled and diced
Peas - 1/2 cup
Beans - 10, chopped
Moong Dhal - 1/2 cup
Mustard Seeds - 1/2 tsp
Urad Dhal - 1 tsp
Red Chilli - 3
Salt to taste
Hing - pinch
Oil
Curry leaves - few

How to make?
Pressure cook the moong dhal and set aside.
Boil the vegetables till soft and set aside.
In a pan, heat some oil, add the mustard seeds and allow to splutter.
Add the urad dhal, red chilli, hing and curry leaves and fry for a minute.
Add the vegetables and the dhal and salt, allow to cook for few minutes.
Serve hot with rice/roti!
