Now that everything is ready let us make the bread chaat!
There are many layers to the chaat, so let me write it down layer wise so it would be easier to understand.
Layer 1: Cut the bread to 9 cubes and place it as the base on a plate which you are going to serve.
Layer 2: Cover this with a thin layer of thick curd
Layer 3: Lay the crumbled boiled potato.
Layer 4: Sprinkle some chaat masala powder.
Layer 5: Scoop some warm peas ragda.
Layer 6: Spoon some green chutney and sweet chutney.
Layer 7: Top it with some freshly chopped onions, tomato and cilantro
Layer 8: Sprinkle some sev and squeeze a lemon over it.
Ta - daa! The multi layer bread chaat is ready to eat!
Eat it immediately else it would become soggy.
