Carrot Raita/ Carrot Yogurt Dip

Serves 2
Ingredients Required:
Carrot - 2
Curd - 1 1/2 cup
Coriander Leaves - few springs
Salt to taste
Pepper - 1 tsp
Sugar - 1 tsp

How to make?
Peel and grate the carrots and set aside.
In a bowl, whisk the curd, add the grated carrots, salt, sugar and pepper. Mix well.
Garnish with cilantro and serve with Indian bread of your choice.
