Curry Leaf Powder | Karuvepillai Podi | Vegan | Gluten Free


I usually bring a packet of homemade curry leaves powder/Karuvepillai Podi from India each time I travel, as curry leaves are abundantly available there and is also very cheap. Since we are not supposed to bring leaves into the US Boundary, I usually bring it as podi/powder. It comes in handy when I need to fix something in a short time. Just mix it with rice and gingelly oil and it is yummy! And it is also healthy.
This can be made in large quantities as it has a shelf life of 1 year if preserved in a air tight bottle and used properly with a dry spoon.
