Makes around 20 cookies
Ingredients Required:
All Purpose Flour - 1 1/2 Cup
Sugar - 1/2 Cup
Strawberry - 6 - 8
Baking Powder - 1 tsp
Baking Soda - 1/2 tsp
Butter - 2 tblspn
Milk - 2 tblspn
How to make?
Make a puree of the strawberries in a blender without adding water.
Bring the butter to room temperature, add the sugar and the strawberry puree and mix well.
Take the flour in a large mixing bowl, add the baking powder and baking soda and give a nice mix.
Add the puree mixture to the flour and beat well with a whisk.
If required add milk, the batter should be little thinner than the normal cookie batter consistency as these are drop cookies.
Preheat the oven to 350 F.
Place a sheet of parchment paper on the cookie tray.
Scoop out the batter in a spoon and place on the cookie tray 2 inches apart from eachother.
Gently flatten the batter with the back of the spoon.
Bake for 20 minutes and few more minutes if you want nice crispy cookies.
Allow to cool for 10 minutes on a cooling tray.
Enjoy with a nice hot cup of tea!
