Makes a great snack or an appetizer. It is a bit time consuming waiting for the yeast to work on the dough but surely worth the wait!

Butter - 2 tsp
Salt - pinch

How to make?
Mix the yeast with a tsp of water and set aside for 10 minutes.
In a large mixing bowl, mix all the dry ingredients for the bread and sieve well.
Add the butter, yeast and give another mix.
Slowly start adding the milk, and knead the flour into a soft dough.
Set this aside in a closed bowl, for 2 - 3 hours, until the dough doubles in size.
Punch this down and roll this out into a rectangle of width approximately 8 inches, Length as long as you roll, the longer the more swirls you would get. But do not make it very thin.
Let it be atleast 1/2 inch thick.
In a small bowl, add the ingredients required for the spread, mix well and set aside.
Spread the filling on the rolled dough. If you have some left over, keep it as it would be used later.
Gently roll the dough.
After rolling it fully, pinch the ends.
Make sure that it would fit the loaf pan, else pinch the ends until it would fit.
Place this inside the loaf pan.
If you have some filling left, gently spread it on top.
Close this with a kitchen towel and again set it aside for 2 hours.
It would have risen till the rim of the pan.
Finally its time to bake!
Preheat the oven to 400 F. Place this pan inside and bake for 20 - 25 minutes.
Once the top is golden in color, remove from the oven and allow to cool for 5 minutes.
Remove the bread from the loaf pan and cool for another 45 minutes.
Gently slice the bread and enjoy!
