Ginger Cinnamon Cookies - Eggless


Ingredients Required:
All purpose flour - 2 cups
Ginger Powder - 2 tsp
Baking Soda - 1 tsp
Cinnamon Powder - 1 tsp
Nutmeg Powder - 1 tsp
Salt - 1/4 tsp
Butter - 3/4 cup
White Sugar - 1 Cup
Milk - 1/4 Cup

How to Make?
Mix all the dry ingredients in a large mixing bowl.
Mix the butter and milk together and add to the mixing bowl.
Slowly add cold water little by little till a dough is formed.
Set the dough aside for 30 minutes.
Grease a cookie tray and powder it with flour.
Take a small ball of dough, roll it in sugar, place it on the cookie tray and flatten it a bit.
Place the cookies 2 inches apart from each other on the cookie tray as it will expand.
Preheat the oven to 350 F and place the cookie tray inside and bake for 10 minutes.
Take the cookies tray out and cool for 10 minutes.
Store in an air tight container.
