Godhumai | Atta | Wheat Flour Ladoo

This recipe is from my MIL and my son's favorite. It is a very healthy recipe and kids love it. This ladoo is offered as prasadam to lord Krishna. And most of all it is super easy to make.

I usually make in the same vessel after I make ghee and it adds to the flavor and taste!

10 - 12 ladoos
Ingredients Required:
Wheat Flour - 1 cup
Sugar - 3/4 cup + 1 tblspn
Ghee - 8 tblspn
Almonds- 10 (Optional)
Cardamon - big pinch

How to make:
1. Fry the Wheat flour with 3 tblsn of ghee. Fry for couple of mins till you get a nice aroma in low flame.
2. Grind the sugar and cardamon to a fine powder. Then add in the almonds and grind again to a fine powder.
3. Add the roasted wheat flour and grind it again so everything combines well.
4. Add the remaining ghee over the mixture and make small balls.

Shelf Life - 1 week (if its stays that long! )

You can skip the almonds for a nut free option.
