Green Chutney | Chaat | Vegan | Gluten Free

This is a basic green chutney recipe that we use for all types of chaat.


Ingredients Required:
Mint Leaves - 1 cup
Cilantro Leaves - 1 cup
Ginger - 1 inch piece
Salt to taste
Green Chilli - 1 (or more according to your taste)
Curd - 2 tblsp

How to make?
Add everything in a mixie and grind till smooth by adding minimum water.
Addition of curd will prevent discoloration of the chutney.
Serve with any of the chaat dishes.

Notes:
Stays good in the refrigerator for 3 days.
