Guacamole

Guacamole is a Mexican dip made from ripe avocados. The secret to a delicious guacamole is the ripeness of the avocado. It should neither be too raw nor too ripe. Gently press the avocado, if it is too hard then the avocado is too raw, if it is too soft then it is too ripe. If you can press a little bit then the avocado is just correct for the guacamole.
