Makes 16 small Idiyappams (made in Idly Plates)
Ingredients Required:
Rice Flour - 1 cup
Salt - pinch
Water
Oil
How to make?
Mix the rice flour and salt. Slowly pour in warm water and slowly knead the flour into a dough(little softer than chappathi dough consistency).
Apply a tsp of oil on the dough and cover it till needed.
Oil the inner side of the idiyappam press and fill it in with the dough.
Also oil the idly plates.
Press out the idiyappam from the press on each plate.
Steam cook for 10 minutes.
Serve hot!
