Onion Tomato Chutney | Dip | Vegan | Gluten Free



Ingredients Required:
Onion -1 chopped
Tomato - 2 chopped
Dry Red Chilli - 4
Ginger Garlic Paste - 1 tsp
Oil
Salt to taste

To Temper:
Oil - few tsp
Mustard Seeds - 1 tsp

How to make?
Heat some oil in a pan and when hot, add the red chilli, onion, and saute till translucent.
Add the ginger garlic paste and the tomato.
Cook till the tomatoes are well cooked.
Cool the mixture and grind to chutney with minimum addition of water if required in a blender.
Add salt and mix well.
In a pan, add some oil and when hot, add the mustard seeds and allow to splutter. Add this to the chutney and mix well.
This is a great accompaniment for any of the south indian tiffin varieties.
