Peanut Chutney | Dip | Vegan | Gluten Free


Ingredients Required:
Onion - 1 chopped
Dry Red Chilli - 4
Peanuts - 1/2 cup
Oil
Salt as required

For tempering:
Oil - few tsp
Mustard Seeds - 1 tsp

How to make?
Heat some oil in a pan, when hot add the dry red chilli, onions and fry till translucent.
Add the peanuts and roast for few minutes till the peanuts are roasted.
Cool down the mixture and grind them in a blender adding minimum water as required.
Add salt and mix well.
In a pan, add some oil, and when hot add mustard seeds and allow to splutter.
Add this to the chutney.
This goes well with any of the south indian tiffin dishes.
