Potato Fry | Small Diced Potato | Vegan | Gluten Free

This is a simple yet delicious dish! I am sure most of you would know and have made this many time but still I wanted to post it in my blog!
 
Serves 2 - 4
Ingredients Required:
Potato - 3 - 5
Chilli powder - 1 tsp
Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
Rice Flour - 1 tbsp
Besan Flour - 1 tsp
Oil - Few tsp
Salt to taste

How to make?
Peel and dice the potatoes into small cubes and set aside.
Add in the turmeric powder, chilli powder, salt, rice flour and besan flour with a tsp of oil and give it a good mix/toss so the potatoes are flavoured well.
Allow this marinate for 10 - 20 minutes.
In a flat bottom pan, heat a tblspn of oil and spread the oil to cover the entire surface of the pan.
Add the potatoes, such that all the potatoes are touching the surface of the pan.
Spray some more oil on top.
Toss once in a while and cook this for 10 - 15 minutes till the sides of the potatoes are golden in color.
Serve hot with rice!


Note: The rice flour and the besan flour is for giving more crispiness to the potato.
