Ingredients Required:
Spring Onion - 1 bunch (6 - 8 stalks)
Moong Dhal - 1/2 cup
Red Chilli - 2
Cumin Seeds - 1 tsp
Oil
Salt to taste
Ghee - 1 tsp
How to make?
In a pan, add ghee and fry the moong dhal till it releases a nice flavor - ~5 min
Pressure cook the moong dhal and set aside.
In a pan, heat little oil, add the cumin seeds and allow to splutter.
Add the red chillies and fry for few seconds.
Add the chopped spring onions and the cooked dhal.
Mix well, add salt to taste.
Serve hot with rice/Indian Bread.
