Sprouted Moong Dhal Paratha

I had a cup full of sprouts which I had sprouted a day back and wanted to try out something different with it.

Makes - 6 parathas
Ingredients Required:
Wheat flour - 2 Cups
Sprouts - 3/4 Cup (How to make?)
Parantha masala - 1 tsp
Dry Mango Powder - 1 tsp
Turmeric powder - 1 tsp
Green Chilli - 2 chopped
Salt as required
Cilantro - few springs
Oil

How to make?
Knead the wheat flour with little salt and water as required to a dough.
Steam cook the sprouts for 10 minutes.
Mash the sprouts and add salt, paratha masala, dry mango powder, green chilli, turmeric powder, cilantro and mix well.
If parantha masala is not available, use garam masala instead.
Divide and make 6 equal balls of the filling
Divide the dough into 6 equal parts.
Rill out one ball of dough into a small circle using a rolling pin and place a ball of filling in the middle.
Cover the filling on all sides with the dough as done for other parathas.
Gently press the dough to form a flat disc and roll out into parathas gently using a rolling pin.
Heat a pan and place the paratha on the pan and drizzle some oil around it.
Turn the parathas once in a while till light brown spots are formed on both the sides.
Serve hot with curd or raitha.
