Ingredients Required:

All Purpose Flour - 1 Cup
Yeast - 1 tbsp / Active Yeast - 1 packet
Salt - as required
Sugar - 1 tsp
Garlic Powder - 2 tsp
Minced Garlic - 4 tbsp
Dried Basil Leaves - 1 tsp
Oregano - 1 tsp
Water - 1
Olive Oil -Approx 1/4 cup

How to make?
Take a large mixing bowl and sieve in the whole wheat flour, all purpose flour, garlic powder, dried basil leaves, oregano and mix well.
In warm water, add in the sugar, salt and yeast. Beat it slowly with a spoon so it froths. Set aside for few minutes.
The mixture should be frothy to indicate that the yeast is good.
Add the yeast water to the mixture and mix well.Knead into a soft pliable dough. Add few tbsp of olive oil so the dough does not stick.
Place the dough on a flat surface and constantly knead for 10 minutes so it is very soft.
Apply a tsp of oil on the dough, place it in a closed container for 2 hours.
In 2 hours the dough should have doubled in size.
Punch down the dough and again knead for 5 minute.
Now place the dough on a baking sheet, and gently spread it with your fingers and if needed use a rolling pin. It should be about 1 inch in thickness.
Sprinkle the minced garlic on the surface and gently press it in the dough.
Add few more tbsp of the olive oil on the surface and spread it with hands/brush.
Cover the tray and set aside for 30 - 45 minutes. The dough would have grown in size again.
Bake in a pre-heated oven of 350 C for 20 minutes.
Cool down for 5 minutes.
Slice up the bread and serve warm with a cup of marinara sauce for the dip and soup of your choice.

Note:
Whole wheat flour can be replaced by all purpose flour or vice versa for a more healthier version.
You can sprinkle some shredded cheese on top before baking.
