Ingredients Required:
Rice Flour - 1 cup + 1/4 cup for dusting
Hot water - as required
Salt - as required
Oil - 1 tblsp + 1 tsp

How to make?
Heat water and bring to a boil. Set aside.
In a mixing bowl, take the rice flour, salt and oil and mix well.
Add the hot water little by little and knead to a dough (similar to chappathi dough).
Apply oil on top and set aside.
Heat a pan/tawa/skillet on high.
Divide the dough into 4 or 5 equal portions.
Make it into a ball by rolling it between your two palms.
With a roller pin, roll it out flat by dusting with rice flour when required (like roti).
Place on the hot skillet on medium heat.
When bubbles appear on one side, flip to cook the other side.
Once both sides are cooked, remove it from the skillet.
Repeat for all the dough balls.
Serve hot with chutney or gravy of your choice.
