These are simple yet delicious brownie recipes that can be thrown together in a jiffy. This was whipped up in less than 10 minutes and then baked as we were craving for a dessert after dinner. Have them with a glass of milk, topped with ice cream or just as they are, delicious any way!
Makes - 1 8 inch pan
Ingredients Required:
All Purpose Flour - 3/4 cup
Baking Powder - 2 tsp
Cocoa Powder - 1/3 cup
Salt - 1/4 tsp
Chocolate Chips - 3/4 cup
Oil - 1/2 cup
Yogurt - 3/4 cup
Vanilla Extract - 1 tsp
Sugar - 3/4 cup
Walnuts - 1/4 cup (roughly chopped)
How to make?
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
Line the baking pan with parchment paper or spray with oil and set aside.
In a mixing bowl, add the all purpose flour, baking powder, cocoa powder, salt and mix well.
Add the sugar, oil, yogurt, vanilla extract and mix well till combined.
Pour into the baking pan and top with the nuts. Gently press.
Bake for around 40 minutes, check whether it is done by inserting a toothpick. If it comes out clean then it is done.
Cool for 10 minutes, slice and serve.
Notes:
The baking time depends on your oven. Please keep an eye out from 30 minutes.
You can replace the AP Flour with half wheat flour.
