Tiramisu is an delicious classic Italian dessert, which is super easy to make as is an no-bake dessert. It takes less than 20 minutes to put together and setting time of 6 hours and you are ready to dig in!
The traditional way uses lady fingers which are cookie like layered between mascarpone cheese and eggs. This recipe is an eggless version and uses store bought lady fingers. You would be able to get the lady fingers in any grocery store. I have seen them in Trader Joe's and Sprouts, though I found out that Trader Joe's sells only during the holiday months of December. For the below recipe I got it from Sprouts.

Ingredients Required:
Mascarpone Cheese - 8 oz
Heavy whipping Cream - 8 oz
Lady Fingers - 20-25
Vanilla Extract- 1 tblsp
Sugar - 1/2 cup
Strong Coffee/Espresso (room temperature) - 1.5 cups
Cocoa powder - 1/4 cup + 1 tblsp
Grated Chocolate - 1/2 cup
How to make?
Set aside a bread loaf pan to make the dessert.
Make 1.5 cups of strong coffee and add in 1 tblsp of cocoa powder for an extra punch. Cool to room temperature.
In a mixing bowl, add the heavy whipping cream. With a handheld mixer or a stand mixer, start whisking the cream till stiff peaks are formed. This would take 4-5 minutes on medium speed.
Fold in the mascarpone cheese, sugar, vanilla essence.
Add this to the cream and whisk for 30 seconds till well combined.
Now comes the assembling part, take your loaf pan:
Layer 1: Dip the Lady Fingers in the coffee and arrange so it covers the base of the pan. Dip only for few seconds else it will become soggy.
Layer 2: Add a layer of cream mix so that the lady fingers are covered. Be generous.
Layer 3: Dust some cocoa powder.
Repeat layer 1 to 3 for 3 times. (Usually the traditional dessert has 2 layers, I just added another one, you can do 2 or 3).
Finish it up with cocoa dust and grated chocolate.
Chill in the fridge for 6 hours or overnight.
Slice and enjoy!
