Strawberry Smoothie

We love to have smoothies for breakfast and if often our on the go breakfast packed in a mason jar on working days. This is one of our favorites! Drink chilled for best results and to beat the heat.



 

Serves - 2

Ingredients Required:

Strawberry - 10-12, washed and the leaves removed

Greek Yogurt - 1/4 cup

Milk - 1/4 cup

Honey - 1 tblsp (optional)


How to make?

  • Add everything into a blender and blend till smooth
  • Serve with ice cubes or as is
Notes:
  • I have used fresh strawberries, but you can also use frozen ones
  • Greek Yogurt gives the best creamy texture, but you can substitute with normal yogurt as well
  • Adding honey is totally optional and depends on the sweetness of the strawberries
