Dry Gobi Masala


Ingredients Required:
Cauliflower - 1 head, cut into florets
Onion - 1, finely chopped
Tomato - 1, finely chopped
Ginger garlic paste - 1 tblsp
Turmeric powder - 1 tsp
Chilli Powder - 1 tsp
Coriander powder - 1 tsp
Cumin powder - 1 tsp
Kasturi Methi - 1 tsp, crushed
Garam Masala- 1 tsp
Salt - as required
Oil- 4 tblsp
Cilantro - finely chopped for garnish

How to make:
In a heavy bottom pan, add 2 tblsp of oil and when hot add the florets. Add salt as required.
Saute till they are golden brown and partially cooked.
Set them aside.
In the same pan, add the remaining oil, add the kasturi Methi and Chilli Powder. Saute.
Add the finely chopped onions and saute till golden brown.
Add the ginger garlic paste and saute.
Add the tomato and continue to saute till well cooked and the oil oozes out.
Add the turmeric powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, salt and give a quick saute.
Add in the fried florets.
Give a quick toss and add the garam masala.
Close the pan and allow the flavors to blend for 2 minutes.
Serve hot with chopped cilantro garnished on top.
