Yet another simple breakfast smoothie recipe and works well for a quick breakfast on the go. This is filled with nutrients from the banana and protein from the peanut butter. I usually make it vegan with almond milk, feel free to substitute that with milk of your choice. This is the basic recipe and I sometimes add chia it flax seeds to boost the nutrition.
Ingredients Required:
Banana - 2, ripe ones
Almond milk - 2 cups
Peanut butter - 1/4 cup
How to make:
Blend everything together and serve chilled
Notes:
I usually use almond milk, feel free to use milk of your choice.
Use organic Peanut butter for best taste.
I sometimes add chia seeds or flax seeds to boost the nutrition.
The sweetness from the banana is perfect for us, if you would like more sweet add some honey.
