Khichdi - Instant Pot

Khichdi is a one pot wholesome meal with a blend of rice, lentils and vegetables with a touch of mild spices. Very simple to make and can be made in your instant pot or pressure cooker.
Serve with some pickle, papad and yogurt to complete it!
Serves 4
Ingredients Required:
Rice - 1/2 cup
Toor dhal - 1/4 cup
Moong dhal - 1/4 cup
Channa dhal - 2 tblsp
Water - 3 cups
Turmeric powder - 1 tsp
Chilli powder - 1/2 tsp
Cumin seeds - 1 tsp
Coriander powder - 1 tsp
Garam masala - 1 tsp
Salt - 1.5 tsp
Ginger - 2 tblsp finely chopped
Tomato - 2, chopped
Carrot - 1, peeled and cubed
Potato - 1, peeled and cubed
Peas - 1/4 cup
Beans - 10, chopped lengthwise
Cilantro - 1/4 cup finely chopped
Ghee - 2 tblsp

How to make:
Set the instant pot in saute mode.
Add the ghee and when hot add the cumin seeds.
Add the ginger and tomato.
Saute for a minute and add all the other vegetables.
Add all the spice powder and water.
Give a good mix and bring to a boil.
Add the rice and lentils.
Give a good mix and cook in rice mode.
When done natural pressure release and garnish with chopped cilantro and top with more ghee.
Serve hot with yogurt, papad and pickle.

Notes:
You can use a blend of lentils of your choice. 
You can make this in the pressure cooker, cook for 5 whistles.
