Peanut butter cookies - vegan

If you are a peanut butter lover then you should try these simple cookies. They are made up with the basic ingredients and makes great breakfast cookies.
Makes 2 dozen
Ingredients Required:
Peanut butter - 1 cup (creamy and unsweetened, unsalted)
All purpose flour - 1 cup
Brown sugar - 3/4 cup
Vanilla extract - 1 tsp
Baking Soda - 1 tsp
Salt - pinch
Almond milk (or any milk) - 1/3 cup

How to make:
Preheat the oven to 350 F.
Cream the peanut butter and sugar till nice and creamy.
Add the almond milk and vanilla. Mix well.
Sieve in the flour, salt and baking soda.
Combine to bring the dough together. Do not knead.
Scoop out tblsp of dough and gently flatten them and make an impressive with a fork if desired.
Place on a cookie sheet and bake at 350 for 10-12 minutes.
Cool and serve.

Notes:
Sweetness was just correct. If you have a sweet tooth increase sugar to 1 cup.
Use creamy peanut butter.
If using sweetened peanut butter adjust the sugar to your liking.
Baking powder works well too.
Add chocolate chips if you like!
