Quinoa Oats Dosa - with no rice

This is a diet dosa recipe which contains minimal to no carbs as it has no rice. Rice is substituted by a mixture of quinoa and oats and grinded along with urad dhal.
Makes a great keto meal as well!

Makes 15 dosa
Ingredients Required:
Urad dhal - 1/2 cup
Quinoa - 1.5 cups
Oats - 1/2 cup
Salt  - to taste

Oil - to cook

To grind:
Nutri bullet or grinder or any blender

How to make:
Soak the quinoa, oats and urad dhal for 4 hours in water.
Drain the water and grind to a smooth paste with 1/2 cup water.
Add salt and set in warm place for 8 hours for fermentation.
The batter would have increased in volume with fermentation.
Mix the batter well.
Heat a iron skillet or any tawa that you have on high heat.
Add a tsp of oil and rub the surface.
Pour a ladle of batter in the center and spread like a dosa.
Drizzle a tsp of oil on the edges and cook for a minute. 
When cooked on top , fold the dosa in half and serve with chutney of your choice.

Notes:
You can play around with the proportion of quinoa and oats.
You can add some green chilli and ginger while grinding to spice it up.
I have used my traditional dosa pan which is made of iron from india, but any tawa works. Tastes best in iron or cast iron. Lodge cast iron skillet is the next best.
I have used steel cut oats, but you can use any type of oats.
