Chilli Garlic Sauce

If you are fan of siracha sauce or any hot sauce for that matter this one is a sure keeper in your kitchen. This can be used for any indo chinese dishes or Thai or let's say any asian for that matter.
I made this for making some spicy thai basil fried rice and it was just yum and packed with flavor.

You can store this in a air tight container in the refrigerator for a month.
Usually red jalapenos are used in this recipe but I used a mix of dried red chilli with dried kashmiri Chilli for the vibrant red color.
Ingredients Required:
Kashmiri red chilli - 4
Dried red chilli - 4
Garlic - 8-10 cloves
Salt - 1 tsp
Rice vinegar - 1 tblsp
Sesame oil - 1 tblsp

How to make:
Soak both the chilli in 1/4 cup water for 20 minutes. If required break them into pieces so they are soaked well.
Grind the soaked chilli with water and the other ingredients to a smooth paste.
Store in air tight container.

Notes:
You can alter the quantity of they type of red chilli used as per your spice level. Kashmiri red chilli is not spicy and is used just for the color.
