Mango Lassi is an all time favorite at our house. I have been thinking if this is even blog worthy since it is so simple to make, but then it is so delicious, so here is how I make it!
This makes a great breakfast or an after meal drink. Can pretty much be had any time of the day.
I use fresh mangoes when I can, but since they are not available all through the year, I do use canned mangos at times as well.
Ingredients Required:
Mango Puree - 4 cups ( one big can of 30 oz or 850g)
Greek yogurt - 1.5 cup
Milk - 1/2 cup
How to make:
Blend everything together and serve chilled.
Notes:
If using fresh mangoes, use good quality mangoes and ensure they are sweet as we are not adding any sweetner. If not as sweet you can add sugar as per your liking.
We like this proportion with more of mango flavor, but feel free to adjust the quantity of greek yogurt and milk as per your liking.
Greek yogurt gives a good thick texture to the Lassi. But you can use normal yogurt as well, and reduce the quantity of milk.
