Pal Kova | From Condensed Milk | Stove Top | 15 minutes

When we mention pal kova all we can think about is the long hours of stirring the milk so it becomes condensed, and care to not getting the bottom burnt.
This recipe just uses 3 ingredients and the main one is condensed milk. I always stock up on a can of condensed milk and it always comes handy when you need a quick sweet without much planning.

Have you ever dreamt of making this delicacy in 15 minutes? Well read on!

Makes 1 cup
Ingredients Required:
Condensed Milk - 1 can
Milk - 1/2 cup (see notes)
Ghee - 2 tblsp
Curd/yogurt - 2 tblsp

How to make?
In a heavy bottom pan, mix the condensed milk and milk.
Heat on medium heat and bring to boil with continuous stirring.
Once it boils, add the curd and ghee. Mix well.
Keep stirring till the mixture thickens - reduces to half.
It takes about 5 minutes for the mixture to come to the first boil and then 10 minutes for the mixture to reduce in half.
The mixture would thicken on cooling.

Notes:
I have added milk since making this with just the condensed milk is too sweet for me. If you have a super sweet tooth, you can skip the milk.
You can also add milk powder and milk.
