Apple Crumble Pie | Stove Top Pie Filling Recipe

We love apple pies and mostly eat them out. Tried this at home this time and was super yummy when paired with some Vanilla Ice Cream!
I got the pie pastry sheets from the local grocery store and just made the filling and topped it up with some crumble to make a Apple Crumble Pie.

Water - 2 tblsp

Crumble:
All purpose flour - 1/3 cup
Brown Sugar - 1/4 cup

  • For gluten free version, make sure to use gluten free pie crust and use rice flour or any other GF flour in place of all purpose flour for the filling
  • For Vegan version, use a vegan pie crust and replace butter
