Vanilla Ice Cream - Eggless and no churn

Another ice cream to my list - I have been meaning to try this simple vanilla ice cream and today seemed perfect as I was making Apple Pie for dessert. What else goes better than Vanilla Ice cream with dome delicious apple pie?

If you are into ice cream making without an ice cream machine, do try the below flavors. These are just perfect for the summer months!

Ingredients Required:
Heavy Cream - 2 cups
Sugar - 1/2 cup
Whole Milk - 1 cup
Vanilla Essence - 2 tsp




How to make?
  • In a large mixing bowl, add in the whipped cream. Beat with a electric mixer till stiff peaks. it took me about 3 minutes.
  • In a blender, add the milk and  sugar and blend till well incorporated.
  • Add in this mix to the whipped cream along with vanilla extract.
  • Give a gentle fold with a spatula till well incorporated. You can also use the electric mixer at low speed to combine. Do not overdo else the stiff peaks will dissolve.
  • Pour into a freezer friendly container and cover.
  • Freeze for 8 hours before serving.


Notes:
We like our ice cream less sweet. Please do a taste test before freezing and if required add more sugar to your liking.
Please make sure to use good quality vanilla.
