Chocolate Cake

This is one of the best chocolate cake recipes I have tried. It is rich soft and eggless!
I made this for my son's bday and topped it up with some delicious chocolate ganache it was a sure keeper! 

I like to use mini aluminum pans for take away and makes great gifts as well.

Ingredients Required:
All purpose flour - 1.5 cups
Cocoa powder - 3/4 cup
Baking soda - 1/2 tsp
Baking powder - 1 tsp
Oil - 3/4 cup
Sugar - 1.25 cups
Greek yogurt - 1 cup
Vanilla essence - 1/2 tsp
Milk - 1/2 cup
Vinegar - 1 tsp
Salt - pinch
Chocolate chips - 1/2 cup

How to make:
Preheat the oven to 350.
Mix the milk and vinegar in a bowl and set aside for 5 minutes.
In a large mixing bowl add the yogurt, oil, sugar and mix well till the sugar dissolves.
Add the milk vinegar mixture and whisk well.
Sieve in all the dry ingredients and fold gently. Do not over mix.
Add the chocolate chips, give a final mix and pour into a greased or prepared pan or cupcake pan and bake for 30-40 minutes till an inserted tooth pick comes out clean.
Let cool and then serve.

I topped mine with some delicious chocolate ganache !
